Hi there, I bought a Croma 240 l double door auto defrost fridge online and this got delivered to my address on 12th June 2023. Since then 4 days have passed and nobody came for the installation. We contacted customer support numerous times and got the same message like the back office is informed and someone would call you. This is so frustrating and disappointing. We did a big mistake buying croma stuff. We paid the money, and the fridge is in my apartment but I can't use it because the installation is not happening. Croma service is so pathetic and poor. here is my order number:TC[protected] registered phone number: [protected] - Joy 5th June '2022 - I purchased an AC "CROMA INV/AC 1T CRLAIN0125T8654 5S" from Croma, installation and all done by Croma Service Team a few days later, it all went fine. 21st Nov'2022 - Even before the first service, AC was LEAKING WATER from inside and NO COOLING was thrown at all.
