Indian Army organized ‘Sainya Ranakshetram 2.0’ workshop cum seminar on Cyber-security Threats. • The second edition of the ‘Sainya Ranakshetram’ is being organized from October 2022 to January 2023 under the aegis of HQ Army Training Command (ARTRAC). • ‘Sainya Ranakshetram’ is a Hackathon to identify cyber security challenges and to develop innovative solutions. • Indian nationals under the individual and team categories participated in the Hackathon. • The event was divided into four further sub-events to cater different aspects of Cyber Threat Analysis. This included the following activities: • Secure Software Coding • ESMO- Customised Indian Army-Specific Stack for Wi-Fi 6 • Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning- NLP Processing and Decoding of Radio Intercepts • Cyber Deterrence- Capture the Flag (CTF) • Sainya Ranakshetram 2.0 has given an opportunity to individuals, academia and organisations to show their talent in the field of Cyber Security. • The selected talent via the seminar will be utilised to ensure fast-track development of cyber security tools and techniques. • Army Chief General Manoj Pandey felicitated the award winners of the event during a virtual ceremony on 17 January 2023. IREDA signed an MoU with MNRE for setting annual performance targets for year 2022-23 • The Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd (IREDA) has reached an agreement with the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) to define yearly performance targets for the fiscal year 2022-23. • The Government of India has set a target of Rs 3,361 crores for Revenue from Operations. • This is an almost 18% increase over the previous year's performance.
