Not Hygiene much as it was beforeVery Bad service.Initially we booked the room online but it was not cleaned. Then we changed it to other in that T. V was not working. I can understand its a machine but the manager is very rude. He is not interested in helping guests.Other staff members like cleaning staff and room service staff are really good in nature.I hope this finds helpful for the upcoming guests. I have done my the booking online. By mistake the check-out time got selected to AM instead of PM. When spoke to the person name Jagdish he said nothing can be done now and was focing me to Check-Out at the the selected time only. The person was very rude and I dont know now wether I will have a pleasant stay or not. The temple organization should teach this person atleast teach this person decency to talk. I was asking for solution and he kept on saying nothing can be done. He said I need to make a new booking. Very unhappy about this Prons : Hotel rooms are very neat & clean.Best cottage to stay on reasonable price.All rooms are AC only.Near to temple so u can attend darshan by walk only.Cons : Room services is not up to that level.Even telephone is not available or not workingIf cottage is working on their services then its best place to stay in nathdwara.
