The University of Delhi has begun its admission process today, June 14. This year, approximately 71,000 seats are being offered through various undergraduate programmes. Students can register for DU admissions through the official website- admission.uod.ac.in. However, the admissions will be done on the basis of their CUET UG 2023 scores. How to apply for DU Admissions 2023 • Candidates will have to visit the official website- admission.uod.ac.in. • They will then have to register themselves by providing the required information. • Now log in using the credentials • They will then have to fill in all basic details, upload mark sheets, photographs and signatures, and pay the registration fee. Direct link to apply online DU CSAS portal Admission through the CSAS will be conducted in three phases — submission of the CSAS application form, selection of programmes and filling of preferences, seat allocation, and admission. The CUET score will be required in the second phase of the process, which can only take place once the results have been announced. A candidate will be required to select the programmes in which they want to take admission. They will have to confirm the programme-specific CUET-UG merit score for all the selected programmes. In the third phase, a merit list will be issued by Delhi University and based on it seats will be allocated.

The Delhi University (DU) started the admission process for undergraduate programmes for the academic year 2023-24 on Wednesday with the launch of the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS). Like last year, the admissions will be done on the basis of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) scores. "The admission process has started. We are opening the CSAS-UG today. Students can apply for UG programmes," Vice-Chancellor Yogesh Singh told a press conference. The admissions in BA fine arts in the College of Arts will also be done through the CSAS this year. The registration fee is Rs 250 for unreserved and Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates and Rs 100 for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Person with Disability (PwD) candidates. Those opting for admissions under the sports and ECA quotas will have to pay extra. Singh said B.Com is a flagship programme of the university. The VC also launched the admission process for the School of Open Learning and the NCWEB.

Alike last year, this time also the university is offering admission to students in its UG and PG courses through the CUET scores. Nearly 70 DU colleges will admit students on the basis of CUET scores. Students will have to register on the CSAS 2023 admission portal and appear for the counselling process in order to get a seat in DU affiliated colleges. According to reports, the university is fully prepared to take admissions to UG and PG programmes through CUET. DU will launch two separate portals for admissions to UG and PG programmes.
