The COVID-19 pandemic has deteriorated the mental health of millions of people worldwide. As the world struggles to bring the virus under control, now more than ever, anxiety, fear, uncertainty, and isolation caused by social distancing are at an all-time high. Islam teaches us that Allah (saw) is Al-Shaafi, the source of all cures, and any difficulty that we experience comes directly from Him, as does any cure.
