Manage your sales using Seller Hub

The Overview dashboard plays the key role in managing sales. By default, it contains 17 data views, but you can customize them as you like: add, reorganize or remove the elements to create the most informative dashboard. To manage sales, you will need the following elements in your Overview dashboard: Status bar On the very top of the Overview dashboard, there is a summary of key indicators. You can click those numbers to instantly access different data and options. Orders Here you can see the important data on your orders: how many of them are awaiting payment or shipment, how many return/replacement disputes are still open, etc. Click any number to open the tab with the detailed information on the corresponding category of orders. Listings Here you can see the summary data on your listings. If any of them require your attention, you will see it right away. For example, you may have one listing with questions, another with open offers from buyers, and a third one that has ended and needs to be relisted. Tasks If you actively sell on eBay, you need to constantly keep track of events and handle orders without delay. The Tasks data view will make your life easier: here you will find a list of suggested actions concerning all your listings and orders. Because you have MANAGED PAYMENTS you would click on PAYMENTS tab (in Seller Hub). Then click on REPORTS (right hand side of page). That will show a report of every transaction and fees you paid. However, the report is very difficult to read (about 30 columns wide and has lots of gibberish (transaction code#) that you don't need). Thanks for your posting! It APPARENTLY turns out that IF you are not yet activated (as I am....waiting since early July), your process isn't what eBay presents. But the good news (for me, who was looking for my missing fee information) is that right up to clicking on REPORTS, you can see another SLOWER process that presents you with the 'wonderful' opportunity to DOWN LOAD the POORLY FORMATTED EXCEL report. Bottom line....I got my data. Thanks again. Jim When clicking "payments" in Seller Hub, they are trying to get you into Manage Payments (if you are not in it yet), thus holding the information hostage. However, if you go to the upper left where it says "Hi (You Name)", the box opens up to Account Settings", click that, go to "see classic view" and then click "Fees" and they should show. eBay has a [bad] habit of hiding some FedEx transactions. Most show, some do not. I will join managed payments when I sell the rest of my Bullion. For some odd reason, we cannot sell bullion under managed payments.....yet. Hope they fix that in 2021. • Argentina • Australia • Austria • Belarus • Belgium • Bolivia • Brazil • Canada • Chile • China • Colombia • Co...

How to create Listings with variations

What are Listings with variations? When you have similar items with different variations, you can group them under a single, fixed-price listing. This type of listing is for closely-related items that have their own, distinct variations. Thus, you can offer a buyer a particular product with different options such as size, color, width etc. to choose from. These are Listings with variations. Why do you need Listings with variations? Adding variations to your listings lets you use Item specifics to group closely related items under a single listing. For example, if you’re selling shoes, you can create a single listing with multiple variations for different sizes. Listings with variations make the search easier for the buyer and give you a structured way to differentiate between similar (but not identical) items in a multi-quantity, fixed-price listing. Most categories are set up for eBay listing variations. If this option is not available when you fill in the Sell Your Item form, it's possible that Listings with variations is not available for the selected category. Listings with variations vs Single item listings If you sell similar items that differ only by a few characteristics, rather than use single-item listings, it’s better to choose Listings with variations. They are more convenient from both a buyer and a seller perspective. They may also positively affect your sales due to the following reasons: • Listings with variations are more effective when a buyer looks for a...
