Xiaomi is set to expand its Redmi lineup in India with the launch of a new smart TV. The company announced that it will be launching a Redmi smart TV on September 22 at 12 noon. Xiaomi has made a microsite live on its website teasing some of the key specifications of the upcoming Redmi smart TV. The upcoming Redmi smart TV series is expected to include a 32-inch variant and a 43-inch variant. Xiaomi Redmi smart TV expected features and specs The website reveals that the Redmi smart TV is expected to offer a 20W speaker with Dolby Audio and DTS Virtual. The smart TV runs on PatchWall 4-based on Android TV 11 operating system. In terms of connectivity, the soon-to-be-launched Redmi smart TV offers Dual-Band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0 and Auto Low Latency Mode. More information about the Redmi smart TV is expected to be revealed soon. The company announced that its Mi series of devices will now have a new “Xiaomi” logo instead of the ‘Mi’ logo.
