Shares of NALCO will turn ex-dividend today. NALCO had announced a second interim dividend of Rs 2.50 per share for FY23 and the record date for the same is today. The dividend will be paid on April 12. Kama Holdings Shares of Kama Holdings will turn ex-dividend today. Kama Holdings had announced an interim dividend of Rs 84 per share and the record date for the same is today. The dividend will be paid on April 11. Sun TV Shares of Sun TV will turn ex-dividend today. Sun TV had announced an interim dividend of Rs 2.5 per share and the record date for the same is today. The dividend will be paid on April 12. HUDCO Shares of HUDCO would turn ex-dividend today. HUDCO had announced an interim dividend of Re 0.75 per share and the record date for the same is today. The dividend will be paid on April 13. AGI Infra, KDDL, Poddar Pigments Three other stocks namely AGI Infra, KDDL, Poddar Pigments will turn ex-dividends today. Among them, Poddar Pigments and AGI Infra have record dates as Wednesday while KDDL has record date for the purpose of determining the eligible shareholders to receive interim dividend as Tuesday. "The Board of Directors of the Company in its 454th meeting held today i.e.13th March, 2023 has, inter-alia, approved the payment of Interim Dividend for the FY 2022-23 @ 40% (Rs. 4.00/- per equity share) on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company," the filing said. GAIL Dividend Record date 2023 The New Delhi headquartered petroleum company has fixed the record date for the payment of interim dividend. A record date determines the shareholders eligible to benefit from corporate action such as a dividend payout. "For the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend, if so approved by the Board, the "Record Date" will be Tuesday, 21st March, 2023," the filing said. GAIL declares record dividend for FY22; total payout to be Rs 2,220 crore

State-owned gas utility GAIL (India) Ltd has declared a second interim dividend of 50 percent (Rs 5 per share) for the current fiscal year ending March 31, 2022. The total dividend payout will be Rs 2,220.19 crore with a record date of March 22, the company said in a statement. "The decision (to issue dividend) was taken by the board of directors of GAIL, a Maharatna CPSE under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, at their meeting here on March 11," it said. For the current fiscal 2021-22, GAIL has already declared an interim dividend of Rs 4 per share to its shareholders in December 2021. The two interim dividends total Rs 9 per equity share (90 per cent on the paid-up equity share capital). Total dividend payout is Rs 3,996.35 crore. Manoj Jain, chairman and managing director, GAIL, stated that the company shareholders have been provided with steady long-term returns on their investments. "This is the highest ever dividend payment in terms of total dividend amount by GAIL," he said. Based on the current shareholding of the Government of India (51.45 per cent), a dividend of Rs 1,142.29 crore shall be paid to the government and Rs 1,077.90 crore to other shareholders.

GAIL declares interim dividend of Rs 4 per share

New Delhi, Mar 13 (PTI) India's largest gas firm GAIL on Monday declared an interim dividend of 40 per cent or Rs 4 per equity share for the financial year ending March 31 (2022-23). The total dividend payout would be Rs 2,630 crore, the company said in a statement after its board of directors approved payment of an interim dividend. GAIL chairman and managing director Sandeep Kumar Gupta said the company has been providing shareholders with a steady long-term returns on their investments. The government of India, with 51.52 per cent shareholding in the company, will receive Rs 1,355 crore dividend.
