Stay away from GOIBIBO CHOR company. I booked a ticket for 13th May in Indore to Mumbai sleeper bus through Goibibo. The AC broke down at 1 am. We were stranded for 1.5 hours. We had to continue in same bus, no alternative provided by Raj Ratan. We were getting cooked and sweating in closed bus for 9 hours in the summer. No upfront apologies or refund provided by Raj Ratan travels or Goibibo. i opened a complaint on Goibibo but it was closed saying resolution done. Then when i tweeted, they came back with 400 refund which was only 25% of ticket. When things go wrong, the real character is revealed. Keep this in mind before booking with this "CHOR" company.
