No need to hire or to pay any person, one should straight go to temple in morning between 5-7:30 am you can buy Bilvapatra, Gangajal and water to offer to deity. Very simple system there and not much crowd. Grishneswar is around 40 KM from Aurangabad. There are buses from CBD or taxis available. I hired an autorickshaw from Adalat road to Grishneshwar, Laita Hanuman and back. One need to negotiate the price. Alternatively, one can take a bus to Ellora caves. Take an autorickshaw from there to the Temple. Here, the system is pretty simple. You pay for the abhishegam/pooja at the counter. The priest there helps you do that and pay him something. They allow you to do the Abhishegam with sankalpam. The charges that you pay include the panchamrit ( Milk, Sugar, Ghee, Curd and Honey). They say they will recite Rudra path but they don't do that. So don't pay extra for that. Male members who wish to do Abhishegam, should not wear ...
