Hathway internet customer care number chennai

I came across many negative reviews for hathway in mouthshut, but as far as my experience goes it's the best internet provider in Chennai. I reside in Anna Nagar and I've used almost 4 to 5 internet providers in two years. We are using hathway network for about 4 months now. Till now we've never faced any kind of difficulty, the internet speed never fluctuated, we never got disconnected except for once. So far a very good experience. Regarding customer service it was one of the best, I've used ACT fibrenet the one thing I hated about them was their customer care. But here they responded immediately, we got disconnected only once in the past 4 months and that too was during the heavy rains in November. The issue was resolved within 2 hours. The same thing in ACT would take weeks of calling and emails. It's been only 4 months, It's so far so good and I hope this continues. Regarding speed you get what was promised. I really don't know about other places because almost all the negatives where from other cities, that's I say this is the best in CHENNAI. Others do your own research.

It has been two months since installation. Everything was fine but suddenly Internet is not working and absolutely no response from their side. For recharging they call 1000 times but They don’t pick up their phone for service. Their customer care number doesn’t work and you cannot talk to an executive. Their adyar office number is not reachable. Worst customer service ever. We are disconnecting their service and changing to another broadband service. No service at all. For recharging they will call hundreds times a day but after payment they wont give you internet service and you need to call them hundreds times a day. I wont recommend this Hathway WiFi connection to you. They are very irresponsible and dont respond to customers issues. They dont deserve any star, not even one. Very very unprofessional and had to wait for internet activation for more than 3 days. Very bad experience being a new customer. So many follow ups and calls to be made for installation and activation. For new connection and payment, they would be calling 100 times a day but for installation you have to call them 100 times day. I would never ever recommend this service to anybody. Mr. Prakash from Hathaway also gave me a false promise for free Netflix and Prime Video subscription for 1 year and after installation they said the plan is not valid or wrongly informed. Be careful guys.
