Since it was launched in 2014, HealthPlix has introduced more features to its platform, including Drug-to-Drug Interactions, mobile EMR, AI-powered SmartScan, and the Doctor Insights dashboard. Last year, fellow Indian startup Eka Care also raised $15 million in Series A funding, the proceeds of which were intended to support its efforts to reach more doctor users. It claims to hold the biggest repository of health records in India with over 30 million records and more than 5,000 doctors using its EMR solutions.

But I wish it had more options, there are limitations. Like I wanted to cancel an appointment for some reason and there is no option available on the app. I had to try calling customer representative, but I was kept on hold. Same story next day too, and thats when I opted to email my request. I received a call back from Mr. Dipesh Pareta, who was very helpful. He immediately took action and I received an email confirmation my cancellation and refund being generated. Later Dipesh called me again to reconfirm the same.
