The final admission to the institute will be based on the overall academic scores, entrance exam scores and performance in AWT & PI rounds. IIM Ahmedabad had released the minimum shortlisting criteria based on CAT 2020 scores along with its admission notification. The CAT 2020 minimum overall percentile criteria for shortlisting was 80 percentile for General candidates. A total of 20,969 candidates were eligible for preliminary screening at IIMA.
