iPhone 15 & iPhone 15 Pro: Design, screen size, announcement date

It looks like the camera bump on the iPhone 15 Pro is super close to the MagSafe circle. Are there any issues or concerns with older MagSafe accessories fitting with the larger camera bump? As long as the accessory isn’t overly bulky, should be no issue. I tried to line it up and test the best I could charlesn said about 1 month ago Assuming these mock-ups are the real deal, it would appear that the "curved sides" on the Pro models that have been reported on and shown in renders since late last year are wrong. Except for the modest camera bump size changes and millimeter or less change in dimensions, the 14 Pro models and 15 pro mock-ups look identical, yes? mike1 said about 1 month ago Apple does not release info to third-party accessory companies before launch. Therefore, these mock-ups are just a best guess by someone trying to be ready as close to the launch day as possible. In fact, they probably have several mock-ups, of slightly different proportions, ready to go into production as soon as the phones are introduced.

But the hardware alone, from the rumors circulating so far, will be enough to turn heads. The iPhone 15 Pro looks set to be a remarkable device, with top notch specs and some potentially daring changes to elements of the phone that have been standard since the very first iPhone was revealed. That's not to say recent years haven't seen big additions, of course. 2022 was a huge year for the 'Pro' iPhone, as Apple looked to broaden the gap between its regular iPhone offerings and its more premium 'Pro' devices. The The latest rumors point to the addition of a new LiDAR sensor from Sony being used in the iPhone 15 Pro camera array, the possibility of a new wine-like red model being offered, and changes to how shortcuts work on the phone's buttons. Speaking of buttons, there appears to be conflict as to whether to continue using physical buttons in the iPhone 15 Pro design, or to move to a new capacitive touch design instead. So what can we expect from the iPhone 15 Pro? Could it actually be called the iPhone 15 Ultra? What new features will it bring, what will it share with its younger sibling the iPhone 15, and what will Apple decide to reserve for its most premium product, which is shaping up to be the iPhone 15 Pro: What's in a name? There are murmurings that at least one of We could see a new iPhone 15 Ultra this year instead of the iPhone 15 Pro Max, with reports early January suggesting Apple hasn't yet settled on a name. However, we have heard corroborating rumors that ...

Titanium frame The iPhone 15 Pro is widely rumored to be a significant upgrade, the biggest change being an all-new titanium casing with a rounder-edged design. While subtle, the rounded edges should be a noticeable upgrade in hand, as many users have complained about the current iPhone’s sharp edges. The cameras In addition to the new titanium frame, Apple is once again increasing the size of the cameras on the iPhone 15 Pro. The camera bump is thicker, but the more noticeable change comes with the protruding lenses. CAD files show that the individual lens protrusion has more than doubled from the iPhone 14 Pro’s enormous cameras. It’s important to note that in CAD files, the iPhone 15 Pro Max has a smaller camera protrusion; this could be due to a periscope camera, Camera improvements from generation to generation are a sure thing, and Apple is gearing up for a significant upgrade if the size of the cameras is anything to go by. Rumors say that iPhone 15 Pro will feature an all-new sensor technology that will USB-C on iPhone 15 models USB-C is also widely rumored to be coming to Haptic volume and mute buttons Goodbye buttons and mute switch – the iPhone 15 Pro will feature solid-state haptic and mute buttons. iPhone 15 Pro: Rumors, design, colors

StationGrey said about 1 month ago I think it's a huge shame that they're planning to position the Max model as the premium one with better features other than size. I'd like the best camera available but have no interest in being upsold some gigantophone that I can't hold. Frankly, I'd still prefer a 'Mini' sized 15 Pro, but they hobbled that from the beginning with lower specs and, unsurprisingly, nobody bought them. I've had an 11 Pro for 4 years now and looks like I'll have to wait another year if I'm to be allowed to buy a flagship device in a vaguely reasonable size. Unless they do the same next year and stop me buying again. I think it's a huge shame that they're planning to position the Max model as the premium one with better features other than size. Unless they do the same next year and stop me buying again. I agree. I typically get a new iPhone Pro model every year. One year I decided to get the Max, but it was simply too large for my hands and pants pockets. I sincerely hope that Apple doesn’t begin to differentiate between Pro models. People who are wil...
