It wasn't my first flight to home but I believe my first experience of traveling with SpiceJet. It was kind of rush for me where I opted to fly with SpiceJet from Dubai to Bengaluru/Banglore which happened to be layover at Pune (SG-519). It's truly said ,that the people working with the company makes it great but not just the company.I really don't remember anything other than guest/customer service which I received.May be it's a small thing for others but the quick and kind gesture being shown towards me is really appreciated . As I was feeling poorly dehydrated ,one of the flight attendant rushed and got me water quickly(I miss the Angel, who just saved me from getting my condition worst ) I remember everyone's name who were really into handling each and every single request with priority within the short span of time, thats what hospitality is . I would like to thank Java,Pooja,Seema and Payal for taking care of the people on the flight being efficient and cooperative amongst each other . All the best to you. Thanks a lot . my dad n sister travelled to mangalore yesterday from Dubai. Hand luggage allowance is 7kg each , despite spicejet asked them to pay 60dhs( 120dhs) for hand luggage, though the weight was just 3kg and 6 kg. this is a serious scam, money was not just taken from my dad but also from the other passenger. am not sure what the weights of other people were, but my dad n sister were below 7kg. how can u charge money ?? Took a spice jet flight from Delhi to ...

They nearly went bust 3.5 years ago, but their founder stepped back in and has turned them around, and they’re now performing very well (given the current state of the Indian aviation market). If you were booked on Jet Airways I’d be worried for you because they are in desperate financial shape and they’re failing to make payroll.
