Jan Seva Abhiyan 2nd Phase From May 10

Bhopal: The second phase of "Mukhya Mantri Jan Seva Abhiyan" will be launched in the state from May 10 to 25 for the services provided by government departments and redressal of related issues. The first phase was launched to achieve cent percent saturation in central and state government schemes. More than 83 lakh eligible beneficiaries of different welfare schemes were identified. The first component of the campaign is to resolve cent percent applications pending in field offices of all public services departments — revenue, urban development and housing, panchayat and rural development and energy department etc. Second is redressal of pending complaints in the CM Helpline. For this, a campaign will be launched to ensure no application is pending in government offices without valid reason of all districts. The cent percent redressal of currently pending complaints registered with the CM Helpline up to 15 April, 2023 will be ensured. It is notable that applications received in public hearing to be held at districts and block level are also filed on the CM Helpline portal. The complaints received through public hearing will also be resolved during this campaign period. The information of redressal will also be compulsorily given to the concerned complainant. Indore (Madhya Pradesh): Regional Transport Office handed out ‘on the spot’ learning licences of over 350 students of two private universities on Wednesday. The transport officials held camps at two private universities under ‘Mukhyamantri Jan Seva Abhiyan 2.0’ and received a good response as many students applied for a learning licence and got the same. According to ARTO Archana Mishra, they organised two different camps in two universities located at Sanwer Road and informed the students about the way of getting a driving licence online and also how to apply for renewal of licences. “We have issued learning licences of about 350 applicants on Wednesday which has the validity of 6 months. The applicant can appear for the driving test in RTO from one month to six months of obtaining the learning license and to get the permanent driving licence,” Mishra said. Initially, RTO officials also faced problems in the server while issuing licences in the camps and planned to train 10 volunteers who can help the students in applying for learning licences. Bhopal: Under the 45-day-long Mukhya Mantri Jan Seva Abhiyan, at least 92 lakh applications were received across MP to get benefits of the state and central schemes. Officials said, benefits were given in as many as 82 lakh applications. In a state level function, the government would distribute certificates to the beneficiaries. Of the total applications received, half were related to difficulty in getting the ayushman cards. The date of the function in which the certificates were to be given was yet to be decided, officials added. Chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan started ‘Mukhya Mantri Jan Seva Abhiyan’ in the state on the birthday of Prime Minister from September 17 to October 31. The aim was to make people feel happy and satisfied by providing them the benefits of the different government schemes at their doorsteps. To deliver maximum benefits of the schemes to the eligible people, the activities of the campaign were conducted continuously for 45 days.
