Joe and Hunter Biden caught on 17 recordings with Burisma owner, Grassley reveals

A top Senate Republican revealed Monday that an The Republican senator said, “These recordings were allegedly kept as a sort of insurance policy for the foreign national in case he got into a tight spot.” Mykola Zlochevsky, the Ukrainian owner of Burisma, was the "foreign national" involved in the alleged "criminal bribery scheme" detailed in the FBI form, and Zlochevsky referred to Joe Biden as the “big guy” during a conversation several years before the June 2020 date of the bureau document, Washington Examiner. Grassley added Monday that, according to the FD-1023, “the foreign national possesses 15 audio recordings of phone calls between him and Hunter Biden” and “two audio recordings of phone calls between him and the-Vice President Joe Biden.” The senator also said the FBI record “also indicates that then-Vice President Joe Biden may have been involved in Burisma employing Hunter Biden.” The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Delaware is handling the ongoing federal criminal investigation into Hunter Biden. It is allegedly up to U.S. Attorney David Weiss, a Trump-appointed holdover, to decide whether to indict the president’s son. In February 2021, Joe Biden asked all Senate-confirmed U.S. attorneys appointed by Trump for their resignations, “What is U.S. Attorney Weiss doing with respect to these alleged Joe and Hunter Biden recordings that are apparently relevant to the high-stakes bribery scheme?” Grassley asked Monday. Sources previously told the Washington Examiner that t...

MTG 'Dumbfounded' by What House GOP Colleagues Won't Do to Joe Biden

Email Share More Share A House Republican firebrand is irked that many House GOP colleagues are a wet blanket when it comes to impeaching President Joe Biden over allegations contained in an FBI document. Last week, FBI Director Christopher Wray, under threat of being found in contempt of Congress, shared with members of the House Oversight Committee a document that made allegations against President Joe Biden from the time when he was vice president in the Obama administration. Burisma saw hiring Hunter Biden as a way to make their problems vanish. Then Hunter and the ‘Big Guy’ each got $5 million in their bank accounts. When any high ranking US official receives a bribe, our Constitution spells out very clearly they must be impeached! — Marjorie Taylor Greene 🇺🇸 (@mtgreenee) “I’ve already been texting a ton of my colleagues, ‘We have to impeach Biden, we have to impeach Biden,’” she said. Greene said the question of impeachment boils down to a willingness on the part of House Republicans to show the Joe Biden shouldn’t just be impeached, he should be handcuffed and hauled out of the White House for his crimes. It’s no coincidence that the Department of Injustice came out with phony charges against President Trump the same day — Marjorie Taylor Greene 🇺🇸 (@mtgreenee) “We have to impeach him in the House to show and prove to our voters that we’re willing to do these things, are willing to bring accountability. If we don’t do it, then why do they want to vote for us?” she s...

Elon Musk’s release of Twitter documents on Hunter Biden has slowed. Here’s why.

By 12/08/2022 04:30 AM EST • • • • Link Copied • • • • It was last week that Elon Musk dangled the arrival of a promised multiday blitz of internal company documents, a stunt he pumped up to his 120 million followers — starting with the backstory on the company’s late-2020 decision to block users from sharing coverage of Hunter Biden’s leaked laptop files. The first episode came on Friday night, in a 40-tweet thread from journalist Matt Taibbi, who had been provided some of the company’s internal files and emails. The delay offers a window into some of the challenges Musk is facing as he attempts a radical overhaul of the platform he just bought — changing not just the company’s staffing and strategy, but its politics, shifting a largely progressive-leaning platform to one committed to a more libertarian vision of free speech. Taibbi said Tuesday that In an earlier text exchange with POLITICO, Taibbi had pointed to internal conflict — and Twitter’s own corporate culture — as the source of the delay. “The company is used to operating in open defiance of its CEO,” Taibbi said. “Now, most of those higher-ranking people are gone, but this is still a logistical battle more than anything. So if you see delays and other head-scratching things, please keep that in mind.” Twitter didn’t respond to a request for comment. According to Musk, the company’s internal files have been opened to both Taibbi and to Bari Weiss, a former New York Times and Wall Street Journal opinion writer. B...

Who is Joe Biden, Democratic candidate for president?

Joe Biden already broke one record when he was elected the 46th President of the United States in 2020. Now, he simply hopes to break the record again. When he defeated President Donald Trump in the 2020 election, Biden became the oldest to ever be elected president at age 77. He was actually 78 when he was sworn into the office in January 2021. Given his age, many assumed Biden would be a one-term president and that the Democratic party would simply want to usher in a younger and fresher candidate for 2024. But that idea has been nixed, with Biden running for reelection. Should he prevail, he would be 82 years old when sworn in for a second term. Biden figures to easily win the nomination for the Democratic party, so it likely will boil down to his Republican challenger will be in the general election. It likely will be the last election for Biden, who started serving in Washington, D.C. as a U.S. Senator in 1973 and then was the vice president under President Barack Obama from 2009 to 2017.
