I have been using a KeralaVision broadband fibre optic,connection at my residence in Alleppey,which I am extremely satisfied - Be it from a speed &/or stability perspective, which prompted me to subscribe, for another connection for my Trivandrum residence..But very little, did I know that though the brand and output is good but the people behind the scene i.e. Service Operators within Trivandrum,happen to be one of the most unprofessional set of people..Have been chasing them, from close to two months for a new connection and despite of sending emails to their corporate office and multitude of calls at their call centre - They seem to operate like a Government set up and all they know is passing the buck to each other..When you call the Call Centre - They direct you to their partner - Media & Signal Pvt Ltd - They pass on the buck to the local service provider -Shambhu..who just gives dates after dates...There is no escalation mechanism - I am wondering,had this been any other brand - Resolution would have been just down he street, because of the customer centric ethos, corporates follow..They say that the speed of the boss defines the speed of the Team - And I wouldnt blame the operators but sheerly its a complete failure of the Corporate office - To whom perhaps Customer Service, is not a big part of their day...And all those, who are reading my post - You dont have to be a genius to sum up- The outstanding services of Kerala Vision..All the very Best 👍and God Bless You...
