Worst experience ever, I had called well before going and booked in advance too. Asked about the charges of hair cut and hair colouring. They told me some senior is coming and they will tell you about keratin treatment and its free of cost for everyone for today. Firstly I didnt get any such treatment, that was a big lie. Then they cut my hair so short, I had really long hair and they told me well give you a brand new look which is such a disappointment, there is absolutely no professionalism. My bill was coming around 5 thousand and they had increased it to 7 thousand unnecessarily, and when I ensured there is a mistake they started arguing with me and the person who was the head, a tall fat guy he was there all along my services, he ran away during the billing. They have been practicing this since really long, fraudulent and deceptive behaviour towards customers and total dishonesty. I wouldnt recommend anybody going to this place. I would give 0 star rating. So disappointed over the rude, argumentative, hot-headed and unprofessional reception staff like Mr. Nikhil in particular in the Lalpur branch.I am shocked over his impolite way of talking and lack of basic manners. He makes you feel like he is doing you a favor by giving you any services at all for which you pay more than double during these hard pandemic times.
