Overnight action is being taken against the billboards in the city of Lucknow after a billboard claimed a life of a mother and daughter. An FIR has been registered in the Lucknow stadium case outside which a mother-daughter duo died as a billboard fell on their car. The duo who were on their way to the mall in Lucknow were crushed under the weight of the Billboard. It seems that death happened due to the negligence of the Cricket stadium admins. King George's Medical University (KGMU) is offering a special clinic for screening obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) in school-going children during vacations. The department runs the child and adolescent clinic on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. OCD is a mental health condition that results in repetitive thoughts and actions known as obsessions and compulsions. Dr Pooja Mahour, additional professor of child psychology, dept of psychiatry, KGMU suggests that parents approach the regular OPD if they find any symptoms in their child. Rising temperatures in the state capital are causing a surge in heat-related illnesses, with at least 50 patients a day visiting the OPD in the medicine department alone. Symptoms include fever, dehydration and nausea. Doctors advise drinking plenty of water and seeking medical attention if necessary. The Special Investigation Team (SIT) investigating the killing of gangster Sanjeev Maheshwari in a Lucknow court failed to submit its report to the state government by the 14 June deadline. The SIT had been directed to submit its findings within a week of the 7 June shooting. The team, headed by additional director general of police (technical) Mohit Agarwal, has completed its enquiry and could submit the report at any time, according to a senior police officer.
