MP State Government has started "Mukhyamantri Annapurna Yojana" under Public Distribution System as per National Food Security Act 2013. In the scheme, family food grains eligibility slip (MP e-Ration Card) is provided to all the eligible families. Ration slip is issued by Food and Civil Supplies Department, Madhya Pradesh through portal & mobile app(m-Ration Mitra).This eligibility slip is provided along with the ration card. • View ration shop, beneficiary details, allotment, lifting, POS machine status etc. information. • Families can view eligibility slip, list of members. • E KYC verification can be done by adding Aadhaar card through M Ration Mitra app. • Online application can be made for adding new family members. • Application for removal of family member from slip.
