A neat and calm temple where five regular (Koyna, Krishna, Venna, Savitri, and Gayatri) plus two (Saraswati flows after 12 yrs, Bhagirathi after 60 yrs) rivers said to meet. The water mixes and flows through a gaumukh. People fill and carry holy water with them. Located near old mahabaleshwar temple. Many small stalls are nearby selling Puja items, snacks etc. A must visit place. This temple is present in the same premises as Mahabaleshwar Temple. This is referred to as Panchganga Temple as it is located at the converge of five rivers - Krishna, Venna, Savitri, Koyna and Gayatri. The water from the five rivers converge here and it comes out of a pipe and falls into the tank beneath. The water is sacred. Devotees were queued up to touch the water, put it on their head and drink it. The temple was constructed in 13th Century. Maintenance can be better, mainly with reference to cleanliness.

It is about 600 meters from other two temples. While walking through forest road, we could not see the temple, so we decided to go back.
