The ladies who receive your call for booking do not have a clue about the resorts as well as travel management. My booking was jumbled up twice, the latest being a night before our travel date. The final voucher was received at 9:30 am on the date of Checkin even though we made the booking a month in advance. Please ask for details of the cottage. Each cottage has 2 rooms with a king size bed in one room and two single beds laid out as twin bed in another with attached bathroom in each room. If you are two family travelling with small kids, one cottage should be enough for you. The setting of mountain view rooms is decent and at night you can see deers walking past your room but then that is true for almost all the resorts in Masinagudi. That is the only positive of this property. Both the rooms in our cottage had broken furniture and fittings. The bathroom fittings were all worn out. Even though it is mentioned on the voucher that there is hot water available, we had a nightmare getting hot water as apparently the solar system was broken. Ev...
