Under the scheme, taxpayers of residential properties in these areas/colonies can pay the principal amount of their property tax dues for the financial years 2021-22 and 2022-23 and get all outstanding property tax dues of previous years waived off upon payment. Similarly, non-residential property taxpayers of these areas/colonies must pay the principal amount of their property tax dues for the last four years from FY 2019-20 to FY 2022-23. After completing this payment, all outstanding property tax dues prior to 2019 shall be waived off.
