This is a fraud company. They did not refund me my amount even they did not provide me any connection.I suggest to everyone dont go with this microscan broadband.All are careless people in microscan broadband.From last 1 month I try to contact with them for my refund amount but no one did not response me carefully. Till now I dont have got any refund.NOT RECOMMENDED. Worst internet speed ever and Worst sales after service. Stops working at anytime and whenever you will call customer care, all they say is we dont have the information kindly write mail to us, they why are you guys wasting money for maintaining customer care office instead just write on your website that we cant give you support, write mail to us and we will get back to you whenever possible which is never. In my 2 months of service I have never been given satisfactory internet support.

I have been using Microscan since 1.5 years now and it is working pretty good for me. Yes, sometimes there were issues with the internet due to heavy rains and wind but the team is so polite and understands my/people’s work situation they always try to solve the issues as soon as they can, whenever I call them to ask or raise query to know why internet is not working they respond and they let me know if they are working on the issue and when it is going to be resolved. #pathetic services I ever enrolled for. I regret my decision to pick Microscan as my broadband services.Paid on 2June but Installation still not done. Executives do not pick calls but if you call from new number they pickup your call.. no call back, no msg replies.. and no professionals.. they dont have a sence of talking.. they need professional communication training. Worst worst worst service.#pune #microscan I have been using this net service since last 7 months and though they respond to your calls but the internet connectivity is so very pathetic that everyday the net stops working and I have to register a complaint. They make you pay for the whole year and then you keep calling. If I could rate it less then 1 star I would have done that. Please do not opt for it totally unprofessional During lockdown in work from home I am completely depend on the Microscan and faced lot of issues.Most of time internet is down in morning office time.
