Buuz have all the elements of Mongolian cooking wrapped into one dumpling. They’re usually made with fatty mutton, as is most food in Mongolia. They’re also simply spiced, so the flavors of the meat shine through. Mongolian Buuz Filling In the West, Buuz are often made with lamb and beef because it’s almost impossible to find mutton. It’s also difficult to find the type of fatty meat that’s prized by a people that live on little else but the meat and fat of their herds. If you’re using lamb, try to ask your butcher for some extra lamb fat trimmings and mince those very finely into the meat. In our case, we’re grinding lamb meat with a The extra fat, and the slighly gamey flavor that it adds, give Buzz their distinctive flavor. Mongolian dumplings, unlikeTibetan momos, have very minimal seasoning and it’s essential that the meat have character. Tibetan momos are the best

The food was great, had egg noodles, dumplings, springrolls, except for the chicken satay, they would better have been replaced with more dumplings in our case (sauce no peanutty or aromatic flavour, it was simply bland) if you are up for some quick and fast asian food, this is the right place to be Asian Kitchen is great for fast serving Asian food. The portions are huge and overall delicious food. It's a small place and it's often packed but it's worth it. You can have a huge noodle portion for as little as 6 eur. The only bad thing is that because the restaurant area is so small when it's packed hour you're all eating on top of each other and they often have a line of people waiting inside which adds pressure to the business feeling of it. It's the only asian place available of its kind in the centre, if you're looking for proper asian food and variety you'll have to walk down to Niuwmarkt which is only 10 minutes away anyways. Besides this, I totally recommend it if you're into street asian food and you're in the area Visited Asian Kitchen with my brother ordered beef fried noodles, Peking duck and chicken curry. Food arrived to our table literally within 5 mins of ordering. The food was very tasty and good portion sizes will be going back probably today as my brother wont stop going on about how much he liked the food....!!
