I had lodged complaints for the repair of this line 2-3 times. But of no avail. Even the no officer/ official came to inspect the site. This spot is a breeding center for mosquitoes can cause dengue or chikengunia. This spot is a blot on the beauty of Panchsati Circle and Sadulganj a posh Colony of Bikaner. There are two parks on both sides of this spot. One has been developed by residents and second is lying deserted but MC bikaner is sleeping like a dead drunkard man.,
