Hello, I will tell you the way which I follow.. Via train from Delhi railway station to kathagodam there are 3 train.. run everyday I take ticket of sampark Kranti express ₹110/- arrive at Haldwani station approx 11 o'clock night (because their is bus depot/station all buses start from their, it is one station before Kathgodam) and talk with station master & stay in rest room for night (Free) (you can stay in hotel near to aasharam it will cost ₹800/-) then in morning went to depot by walking (15min). Got pvt. bus to neem kaichi Karoli baba aasharam for ₹60/-. If you stop to Kathgodam don't worry every bus goes from Kathgodam station. Haldwani to Kathgodam it take 10min to reach throw buses (buses available after every half an hour, their local people call "Roadways" to bus) it take 2hrs to reach. Ashram is on road bus stops exactly on gate of ashram. Enjoy valley.. I still I have those awesome moments in my memory for life time... Best thing is your phone will not work their.. For return journey regular same train are available even if your ticket is not clear you will get seat in general box as the train start from Kathgodam itself, but try to get your ticket clear.
