For Offline participants, please note the following: • Offline participants (on first-come first-served basis) will have to attend the programme in person at HRDC, NEHU campus, Shillong. • Travelling Expenses: Participants will have to bear their own Travelling expenses for to and fro journey. There will be no reimbursement of TA/DA from HRDC, NEHU. • Daily Allowance: No Daily Allowance/Dearness allowance will be given to any participants. • Guest House: Accommodation (dormitory type) will be provided on first-come first-served basis in the UGC-HRDC Guest House @ Rs.250/- per bed per night (excluding food & laundry). It is mandatory to reserve accommodation in advance. • Food: Participants will have to cater to their own needs regarding breakfast/lunch/dinner, since HRDC Guest House does not have regular mess facility. However, there are plenty of restaurants, canteens, local dhabas /tea stalls within and outside NEHU Campus where food is easily available. • Participants residing in Shillong are encouraged to attend the programmes in Offline mode.
