After the National Institution for Transforming India (NITI) Aayog vice-chairman Dr Rajiv Kumar stepped down from his position, Dr Suman K Bery was appointed as the new Vice-Chairman of NITI Aayog on April 22. The new appointment with the NITI Aayog was informed in a press release by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions. Education Suman K Bery who was educated at The Doon School in Dehradun spent a year at Oakham School in the United Kingdom. He went on to study philosophy, politics, and economics at Magdalen College, University of Oxford, and then got a master's degree in public affairs from Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.
