NueGo, a premium electric inter-city coach services brand has started its operations by commencing its services on the Bhopal-Indore route. NueGo, an inter-city all-Indian electric mobility coach brand of GreenCell Mobility, aims to deliver an easy booking experience, exceptional ride quality and in-cabin experience for the inter-city travellers while ensuring a safer and greener ride. The services will be available at a special inaugural offer of Rs 349 per seat on the Bhopal-Indore route. The services will run on an hourly basis between Bhopal-Indore route. The company claims its coaches go through 25 stringent safety checks including mechanical and electrical inspections. The coaches are sanitised before every trip and coach pilots go through breath analyser tests. It will also offer features like live coach tracking, drop point geo-location, and monitored in-coach CCTV surveillance. The all-women intercity buswas operated by a team of skilled and experienced woman pilot, in-bus host, and had all women passengers. For the world’s first “all women intercity bus” ride, the female pilot underwent specialized training. NueGo is committed to promoting and supporting the employment of women in their workforce and takes great pride in doing so. GreenCell Mobility today announced the brand name of the first pan-India inter-city electric mobility coach brand in the city — ‘NueGo’. It is India’s first intercity Electric Mobility bus brand with initial plans of having services across 24 cities. The company announced its plans to roll-out 750 premium AC e-buses across key intercity routes in Southern, Northern & Western India covering key transit routes with coverage in over 75 cities. The company will have 100 electric buses transiting through various cities in Madhya Pradesh and 200 electric buses transiting through Delhi NCR. The bus services offered will be available across major cities in the country. The gross CO2 emission avoided over the lifetime of these buses would be 56,154 tons while through the company 4,125 new jobs will be created.
