Attempting to get a refund on my O-Founders position. My O-Founders ID Number is *******. I paid $97.00 USD. I have attempted to obtain this refund through the O-Founders system that is supposedly there to facilitate refunds, but the system is not working. I have made a number of attempts yet have not had a reply to my Cancel membership request. Attaching a screen shot of my profile page with account details with O-Founders. OnPassive a tech company that has AI Based products, for marketing and etc. My primary complaint is the due to the reason of false and misleading claims.
