We made our own pomegranate juice by lightly blending the pomegranate seeds (you just want to burst the arils), and then straining the juice out. Sometimes we used ice cream to make our milkshakes, other times we just froze milk and blended that up for a version that had more of a slushy texture. Tips Add pomegranate molasses to make it sweeter (about 1 tablespoon) Consistency is important. This ratio gives you a nice thick, luxurious milkshake, but you can still sip it through a straw. Adjust to your liking. This ratio also gives you a great tangy pomegranate flavor that is not too milky.
