Dr. Vitthalrao Vikhe Patil Institute of Technology & Engineering Polytechnic at Loni is the first private sector diploma engineering college in Maharashtra. Established on 12 August, 1981 with around 181 students and 13 teachers in 3 branches, the institution has expanded into 1410 students and 72 teachers across 6 branches in 2018-19.
