• विद्यालय संचालित करने वाली संस्था सोसाइटी रजिस्ट्रेशन एक्ट 1860 के अंतर्गत पंजीकृत व नवीनीकृत हो| • विद्यालय किसी भी व्यक्ति,व्यक्तियों को समूह अथवा एसोसिएशन को लाभ पहुँचने के लिए संचालित नहीं किया जायेगा| • प्रत्येक मान्यता प्राप्त विद्यालय में उसके सुचारू रूप से संचालन के लिए उस विद्यालय के प्रबंधाधिकरण द्वारा पर्याप्त वित्तीय संसाधन उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे तथा जिन व्यक्तियों में अध्यापन के लिए ऐसे विद्यालयों को मान्यता दी गई हो उसके लिए बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद द्वारा वर्णित मानकों के अनुसार पर्याप्त सुविधाओं की व्यवस्था की जाएगी| • मान्यता प्राप्त विद्यालय में बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद द्वारा निर्धारित पाठ्यक्रम या पाठ्य पुस्तकों से भिन्न पाठ्यक्रम में न तो शिक्षा दी जाएगी और न ही पाठ्य पुस्तकों का उपयोग किया जाएगा|

Nipun Bharat is the flagship program of the Uttar Pradesh government to improve the quality of education in 1.6 lakh schools under the Basic Shiksha Department across the state. The Uttar Pradesh (UP) government has made the accreditation process for schools offering education to students from classes 1 to 8 in the state online.
