There is professionalism only in their name. They deliver items only in places near to their office and not to other places even 2-3 kms from their office. We need to spend additional time and money to get the item collected for which we have already paid the courier charges. When asked why they are accepting at the first place if they cant deliver, they threaten to send it back.
