Search Services • Accident Reports Residents may obtain crash reports online or visit Oswego Police Headquarters to request a copy in person. • Animal Control Animal control services are provided by Kendall County Animal Control • Citizens At-Risk Registration The Citizens at Risk (C.A.R.) program is designed to allow residents who may be at a greater risk of becoming confused, lost, disoriented, or missing to be registered with the Oswego Police prior to an emergency. There is no fee for registering. These temporary placards are available at the Oswego Police Headquarters front desk and are good for 90 days. • Premise Alert Program The Premise Alert Program (PAP) maintains information on individuals with special needs in the Village of Oswego to inform first responders about individuals' special needs in an emergency. • Register to Vote The Village of Oswego has registrars available during regular business hours at Oswego Village Hall. • Wildlife Removal Neither the Village nor Kendall County provides wildlife removal services. The Joseph Palmer Knapp Library houses a large collection of material on state and local government, public administration, and management to support the School's instructional and research programs and the educational mission of the Master of Public Administration program. Reference and research services are available to all residents of North Carolina, and additional assistance is available to state and local government personnel, both elected and appointed. The Property Tax Mailing list (PTAX) is devoted to the exchange of information among property tax assessors and collectors in North Carolina who, have common concerns, questions and interests. The mailing list server utilizes email to send each member of the list copies of each item of correspondence. If you are not receiving this exemption, please contact your local Homestead property is entitled to an annual homestead exemption.
