Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) is a state-level written exam. It assesses the candidate's eligibility for teaching primary and upper primary classes. The Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (BSER) conducts this exam every year to recruit teachers for state board schools. The REET exam has two levels or papers: • Level I or Paper-I (for Primary Teachers aspiring to teach classes I-V) • Level II or Paper-II (for Upper Primary Teachers aspiring to teach classes VI-VIII) Candidates need to fill in an online REET application form available on the official website of BSER ( Subsequent sections in this article provide other relevant details relating to REET eligibility, syllabus, exam pattern, exam date, admit card and certificate. Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for the REET examination, the candidate must be a citizen of India. BSER has not set any age limit for appearing for the exam. However, it has set educational qualification criteria (from recognized institutes).
