DFS Review: SaberSim vs. RotoGrinders

Over the years, RotoGrinders has put out a ton of content and they’ve built the biggest community in DFS. They deserve credit for that, but when it comes to helping you level up your game, they suffer from two BIG problems… 1) Information overload On any given day, RotoGrinders puts out dozens of articles and podcasts while their forums have hundreds of posts. Some are good, but most aren’t—and when you’re flooded by all of this it’s impossible to know which is which. Where do you even begin? 2) Outdated tools If you have the time to sift through all their content, you’re still stuck using an outdated optimizer to actually build your lineups. If you want to win at DFS today, you need lineups with the right stacks, value plays, and fades. Old school optimizers ignore ALL of that. In order to get strong lineups from RotoGrinders, you need to spend hours dialing in every. single. setting. Who has time for that? How we’re different… At SaberSim, we focus on quality over quantity both when it comes to content and our community. We may not have thousands of members in our community or hundreds of podcasts, but we do have exactly what you need to maximize your edge. If you want to level up your game but don’t have hours to spend wading through a sea of content or fighting with outdated tools, then you need SaberSim. Start your free 7-day trial now and discover what SaberSim can do for you. Need more? Here are 4 more reasons to choose SaberSim vs. RotoGrinders… 3) We don’t tout At...

NBA Lineup Optimizer

What is an NBA Optimizer? Making a DFS lineup at DraftKings or Fanduel may only take a couple of minutes, but the more successful players will tell you that a winning lineup can't be rushed. Finding an edge in a tournament with hundreds of thousands of opponents is the key to the game. Knowing about injuries, finding weaknesses in matchups, and being able to construct a lineup that fits under the given DFS budget is key to winning. Unfortunately, not everyone has time to invest in the many hours it takes to find sleepers to add to your lineups. That is why FantasyData has created our very own NBA Optimizer. The concept of an NBA optimizer is to be able to use expert Do NBA Optimizers Help You Win? While there are no guarantees in daily fantasy sports, however, an optimizer does provide the user an high edge at winning. With the combination of integrating value, our Lineup Optimizer can quickly generate dozens of lineups for you to submit that are built around our highest recommended players for the slate. This is done automatically when you click on the optimize button. How Many Players Should I Lock? The best part about FantasyData's NBA opt...

MLB PrizePicks predictions, player picks June 14: Justin Turner, Framber Valdez

Commercial content 21+. Welcome to another MLB Wednesday! The NBA Finals are over and It’s a loaded slate today, so let’s dive in and find some winners. Framber Valdez less than 1.5 Walks Allowed I’m leading off with my favorite analysis of the day. Valdez has shown pin-point control this season, walking only 5% of hitters. It’s actually an improvement from his 8% BB rate last season, which is still pretty good. The Nationals only have three hitters in their projected lineup with walk rates higher than 7%, while there are two batters who walk less than 2% of the time against southpaws. The Nats rank 28th in walks per game this season. 21+. New customers only. AL, AK, AR, CA, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, ME, MN, MS, NE, NM, NY, NC, ND, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, TX, UT, VT, VA, WI, WY, DC only. T&C apply Framber Valdez Getty Images Merrill Kelly less than 6.0 Pitcher Strikeouts Kelly is having a borderline breakout season. He’s surprisingly striking out 27% of batters, which is a 5% increase from last season. The Phillies are finally heating up in the middle of June here. There are surely some holes in the lineup, but I think this is a very fair number. Kelly throws his changeup at a pretty high rate, while the Phillies projected lineup is collectively above average in making contact against that pitch. I think it’s close, but I’m thinking five or six tops for Kelly tonight. Aaron Civale less than 4.5 Pitcher Strikeouts Civale has hovered right around this number in each of his four starts...
