I stayed their with my family for 3 nights. One of the finest hotel in Jaisalmer. Gorgeous building, and it gets more breathtaking once you walk in to the premises. They have high quality rooms with high standard services. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They go beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager. Special thanks to their Mr Mangi Choudhary (EAM) who took care of all arrangements personally and made our trip full of memories. Also thanks to their restaurant manager Chagan Ram for serving us delicious Breakfast & Dinner with great hospitality. I will recommend this hotel to all travelers coming to Jaisalmer.. I checked in for a day with my parents and found that the bathroom sink, faucets, floor, and standup shower glass were all filthy. I pointed it out and left for touring. I came back to leave stuff in another room and found that the bathroom state was the same there too! Absolutely filthy and dirty! I would think after informing them of my parents room, they would ensure mine would be clean, but no! Then I ended up changing my room due to strong smoke smell in the room, which even their staff smelled, and came to the third room to find the same state of the bathroom and this was even worse, there were hair strands on the bed, scuff marks and stains on the sheet. Overall - really bad experience. Even their corridor floors looked dirty and seemed to have not been cleaned for a long…
