They sell seafood by pound and cook it the way you want it - deep fry the whole fish, debone and pan-fry with veggie and garlic and olive oil (aka disco fish style), your choice. The steamed stone crab was great, disco fish-style red snapper was AMAZING. Perfectly seasoned and super juicy. The pepper and tomato on top had perfect sear.
