Kerala has launched a portal named ILGMS. On September 3, 2021, the Keralan government unveiled a portal, an integrated mechanism for managing local self-governance (ILGMS). It intends to give the populace remote access to panchayat office services. This service gets praise from across the country as it helped the locals a lot.

Under the ILGMS, the various softwares used in panchayats are available on a single platform. Applications can be submitted online through Citizen Login, the certificates and permits can be.

According to sources, the LSGD is planning to migrate the entire grama panchayats in the state to the ILGMS platform by March end and later integrate it to the new software which is being planned.
