January 28, 2022 Now, the KPSC full form stands for Karnataka Public Service Commission. It is a body set up by the Constitution of India to choose aspirants for civil service jobs in Karnataka. The KPSC is a public service commission in Karnataka state which holds state-level civil services exams for various posts in the state.

KPSC chairman's post comes with a fixed tenure of six years or on retirement at 62 years, whichever is earlier. Before getting appointed as chairman, Ulfat has to resign from the IPS.
