In 2018, Devaiah played a double role in the action comedy Mard Ko Dard Nahin Hota (2018). He won the Screen Awards for Best Supporting Actor and a nomination for the same at Filmfare Awards. He also appeared in the web series Smoke (2018). His subsequent roles were in the romantic drama Cabaret (2019) and the psychedelic thriller Candyflip (2017).
