Copper sulfate poisoning is a relatively uncommon illness nowadays but can still be seen in clinical practice and should be kept in mind. It has non-specific signs and symptoms such as dysgeusia, abdominal pain, vomiting, muscle cramps or spasms, diarrhoea, ink-like urine, jaundice, anaemia and seizures.
