CHANDIGARH: The Election Commission of India on Wednesday announced the byelection to Sangrur Lok Sabha constituency in Punjab on June 23. The seat fell vacant after Bhagwant Mann resigned as MP in March after being elected an MLA from the Dhuri Assembly constituency.
