I bought the product but didn’t really work for my melasma, I have been trying for a 2 months but it’s still same on my after pictures as like before, so it’s not meant for me, the best convenient thing is they respect your decision and help us to cancel the subscription easily, and don’t bug you by giving discounts or other bribes, thank you Aș per the description it was supposed to be complete skin care package but I only got 3 (face wash, day serum and night serum). I don't understand how thats ac complete package. As it is only 1 week since I got I haven't seen much change but I noticed that my pores are more visible now since I started using the night serum. Have been enjoying product so far… However… my second monthly charge for product did not arrive. It’s wayyyy too long to wait… last time it didn’t arrive until 10 days later. My card was charged on the 4th Oct, and today is Oct 20th. Which makes it 16 days later. It should not take this long. Even if I’m liking the product… it doesn’t make sense for me to get product after 16 days later I was charged… that’s just not okay. With that said, I am cancelling. However… I, Thank you, because it did help… just getting it expedited here to Hawai’i is just too long of a process… which means by the time it arrives - if it even does, I would get charged for my 3rd monthly payment in the next week. That’s not okay. How would you feel as a customer? Regardless if the product works well. And I do like it, I can’t be charged wan...
