Ajit, Jagadeesh are great hosts from the hotel and kept my room clean and tidy, overall a nice hotel for the price and the complimentary breakfast is decent and unlimited, they allow food from outside too. Nice, clean hotel with very friendly staff. Deepak and Skeinmonki are great & friendly behavior. my room was always neat and clean. Food is excellent. Overall a very good place stay. supermarket are too close. Very comfortable stay well maintained and very accessible to eateries. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the outside view is not so nice its covered by other industrial buildings. The Hotel is good with Kind staff. Overall very good experience. The only thing that the hotel can improve is Good service which I think can be good as there are limited options in breakfast . The suggee resort was an amazing experience but the behavior of the food supplier AJAY was very pathetic. He served me very harshly and rudely. And me being a kid i couldn't say anything. My dad who saw that pathetic serving manners of the staff AJAY, my dad told him to serve a little politely but he started to get frustrated and started raging on my dad, when my dad told him that this matter will be reported to the manager and will be called right there during the situation he talked very carelessly and rudely by saying "yeah let's call the manager, let's see what'll happen". This resort could've been a 5 star, if the staff AJAY didn't behave in that manner It's no good to be called as a Resort with lack of Helpful Staff. I really don't understand the fact that though the resport is in bangalore - karnakata - WE FELT LIKE STRAINGERS OVER THERE as Most of support staff doesn't know the local language KANNADA. The authorities are least bothered about it as they see only business rather than providing good Quality service to the customers. Activities are okay, but need to go all the way to lobby to buy tickets which is utter waste of time. Though we are charged on par with other resorts - THE FOOD PROVIDED HERE JUST PATHETIC - IT'S NOT ALL WORTH PAYING 1.3K PER HEAD. 3RD RATED FOOD AND SNACKS - NO TASTE NO VARITIES. To coincide with my 65th birthday, I had hosted a day n night out at Suggee Resorts for 35 members of my extended family on 14th Dec 2021. Had booked all the rooms in the resorts. Hence can proudly say that I can comment on all the rooms and resort as a whole. While all the rooms were immaculately clean and sanitised, even the path ways and open areas were well maintained. There are hundreds of mango trees, very well maintained thru out the property. Manager Prajit, his deputy Sujay and HK supervisor Subodh went out of their way to make the stay of all the 35, worth remembering. Additional requirements of the rooms and guests were met without any issues. Food was good though they could have improved to make it more tastier. Hence a star less in rating. There are ducks and turkey to keep the kids busy. There are 3 pet dogs at the security which Security Supervisor Mukesh maintains well. They are harmless and hence kids had gala time with them. All the adventure games were very good, so was the Fish Spa and zorbing games. The property perhaps has the longest zipline in Bangalore (250 mtrs). Best part was all the adventure games were in fully working condition with all safety measure and dedicated supervision.
