I had booked this hotel from go ibibo. When I reached,I was told that the hotel was being renovated and they refused to accommodate me despite having accepted my money through Goibibo. The hotel staff sent me off to another chain of theirs which was about 75 kms from the main city, in the middle of nowhere, through deserted streets and forests. There were no ola or uber cabs available from this place and I had to spend 1500 rupees to reach work in the city. The hotel management is a big fraud and I would never recommend it to anyone. They were unapologetic and did not even refund my money.I had to book a new hotel in the city after having spent a lot of money on transport and losing my initial deposit through Goibibo. I've had the worst experience booking this hotel. The harassment was unacceptable and unforgivable. I hope they don't take their job for granted and cause such inconvenience to their customers.
