Online Billing FAQs

From the TDS ePay Home page, look for "Billing Statements". Select Current from the drop-down menu and then click the Go button. Your Bill Date and Account Number appear (if you have multiple accounts, a list of accounts will appear). To the right you will see a few options, select View Bill. A PDF of the selected bill will appear. From the TDS ePay Home page, look for "Billing Statements" and then select Previous from the drop-down menu. Click the Go button. Your account number and list of bills will appear (if you have multiple accounts, they will be shown). Find the bill you want to review then on the right you will see a few options, select View Bill. A PDF of the selected bill will appear. At the top of the TDS ePay site, select Payment History. A list of past payments, current payments, and future (scheduled) payments will appear. To setup automatic payments, go to View and Pay Bills and choose "Set Up Auto Pay" found in the light gray box to the right of your account number and bill date. Your account number will appear in a pop-up screen. (if you have multiple accounts, a list of accounts will appear). Select your payment method from the drop-down box. Choose Enter a new Bank Account to automatically withdraw payments from your bank account, then click Continue. Fill out information accordingly on the next screen. The deductor (person, organization or institution) is required to withhold an amount equal to the tax amount from the total earnings payable to the receiver or deductee. How To Enroll in TDS ePay

Pay your bill online and receive notifications via email with a free TDS MyAccount and ePay account. TDS ePay can be used to pay your bill online, automatically pay your bill, and view monthly statements. Enrollment Steps • Login to your • Click View and Pay Bill button from the MyAccount homepage. • Review the TDS ePay User Agreement and select the “I agree” button. • Provide an email address that will be used receive TDS ePay bill notifications. Notifications include: • New Bill is Ready • Payment Scheduled • Payment Failed • Payment Confirmation • Payment Declined • Credit Card Expires in 30 Days • AutoPay Rule Created Please note: Enrolling in TDS ePay cancels delivery of your paper bill. It also cancels any automatic TDS bill payment programs you may be enrolled in, such as Sav-a-Check. Attention Sav-A-Check Customers: Enrolling in TDS ePay automatically removes you from the Sav-A-Check bill payment program.
